The Thought House Partnership is a group practice located in Central London near Goodge Street and Tottenham Court road tube stations. The focus of our work as psychotherapists and counsellors is to work together to help individuals and couples reach a place of emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Our practice was set up with the shared goals of creating a warm and welcoming environment providing high quality psychotherapy and counselling to a diverse range of people. Our practitioners are trained in different therapeutic approaches and collectively we share an open, empathetic style. This allows us to offer a flexible and individual way of working with everybody who chooses to engage in therapy with us.
All of our practitioners have undergone rigorous training and are registered or accredited members of their respective organisations with a commitment to pursuing their own ongoing professional development. On top of this you will also find real people. Therapists who offer a confidential and non judgmental space to reflect on what is happening in your life.
What emerges from this process is greater personal insight and a deeper sense of understanding about the origins and reason for why we behave as we do. Contained within this is the opportunity for repair, evolution and a feeling of greater confidence.

WHAT WE OFFER & HOW WE HELP
RELATIONSHIP & COUPLES THERAPY
We are a psychotherapy and counselling service providing assessment, treatment and support to help people understand themselves and become more able to cope with their difficulties.
We are able to offer therapy by Skype and telephone for those unable to attend in person. Your relationship with your therapist is crucial for a successful outcome. Each therapist in our practice offers individual qualities and experience. Your initial consultation is an essential first step to ensure we are able to best assess your needs and match you with someone who will be able to help you with your unique circumstances.
If your GP has already suggested a specific treatment, or you have heard of a therapy you think may be beneficial, please contact us to discuss how we can help.
Therapy is an experience where some things may be shared for the first time. Everything discussed within sessions will remain strictly confidential, as will all contact, whether via email or telephone.
