Rima is a COSRT Accredited Psychosexual & Relationship Psychotherapist who initially trained as a teacher but developed her career both privately and in the NHS. She worked in sexual health with adults as well as young adults & completed her training as a psychotherapist, relationship & psychosexual therapist in 2001. Rima is also a Relate Therapist.

Rima's special interest is in cross cultural relationship issues and she recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Couple's Therapy from NAOS. She is also a Registered Member of BACP and is governed by their Code of Ethics and Practice.

Kate is a COSRT Accredited Psychosexual Therapist & Relationship Therapist. She believes in creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can discuss their sexual problems with no fear of taboo of feeling judged.

She works with an integrative model which understands a sexual issue in terms of the individual or couple and helps her clients to facilitate the potential for change. She has worked for several practices in London including The Grove, Rafan House, GMI Partnership and WLCC, and recently launched Pillow Play, a new intimacy app for couples.

John is an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy who works with couples and individuals.  His previous background has been in teaching and Education having taught at school, Sixth Form and University level.  John’s therapy training began in 2000 at the Metanoia Institute gaining a Diploma in Counselling using Transactional Analysis.  Most recently he has completed an Advanced Diploma in Couple’s Therapy from NAOS. 

John has worked for a number of practices in Brighton and London dealing with a wide range of issues including sexuality, low self esteem, anxiety and relationship difficulties.

John and Rima work together offering co-couple therapy to couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships.  This model of working provides individual sessions for each of the couple and regular couple sessions to bring therapists and couple together.
